Industrial Equities LLP, a privately held Minneapolis based commercial real estate developer, investor and property management firm, with over 3 million square feet of multi-tenant industrial space, which includes 46 commercial buildings is seeking a dedicated Accounting Specialist to support with a variety of responsibilities within a fast pace office environment.
This individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Enter payables and receivables into accounting system (Quickbooks and Sage Timberline Software)
Ability to follow through and carry out projects in a timely and independent manner
Prepare spreadsheets and reports
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and perform a variety of duties
High level of proficiency in Excel
Successful candidate must be detailed oriented, personable and possess a strong work ethic.
Terms of Employment:
Position 40 hours
Salary negotiated per agreement
