Pricing Manager Job Opening in Minneapolis, Minnesota - Robins Kaplan LLP, a national litigation law firm, has an exciting opportunity in our Minneapolis location for a talented individual to join our Accounting and Finance team as a Pricing Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with attorneys, conduct analysis and recommend pricing structures and solutions to meet client needs and firm profitability targets.
Responsibilities :
Lead the design, development and implementation of creative pricing strategies.
Build effective relationships with and educate attorneys on creative pricing strategies and solutions.
Perform financial modeling and analysis of budgets and pricing structures.
Identify opportunities for streamlining the pricing process.
Stay informed of current AFA trends in the legal market.
Keys to your success include : A degree in Economics or Finance preferred. Analytical pricing experience in a law firm (preferably) or professional services firm is required.
You will also have : Exceptional client service skills, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to build effective and credible internal and external client relationships, ability to collaborate respectfully with others, ability to apply effective independent judgment, ability to perceive and analyze problems and develop responsive solutions, strong analytical and negotiating skills, impeccable attention to detail, ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and tight deadlines, and be a self-starter with the desire, drive and ability to establish and maintain credibility.
