Position Summary:
You will be responsible for aligning the TRAVERSEŽ software solution to the clients? business and technical requirements throughout the complete sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting a solution designed with the clients? needs in mind and able to think and react quickly to accommodate client requests. The candidate will work in a fast-paced, energetic, high growth environment across multiple levels of the organization including Sales, Marketing, Support and Product Development.
Core Duties:
Assist the sales team in managing the discovery processes and sale.
Present the software solution in a way that meets the client?s specific needs.
Provide current and relevant subject matter expertise regarding the software.
Work closely with customers to reinforce the solution value proposition and to provide them with an understanding of implementation.
Write technical documents that outline changes in the software solution.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to perform sales engineer functions.
Strong presentation skills to technical and business audiences (onsite, conference or webinar).
Ability to effectively communicate a software solution to a wide variety of clients.
Ability to travel 25% - 45% of the time.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Ability to map customer?s business problems to our product and demonstrate value.
Documentation skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong experience in a "customer facing" environment.
Knowledge and/or pre-sales experience with ERP Software.
Background in accounting or technology.
