General Manager - Condominium Job Opening in Minneapolis, Minnesota - Point of France, a premier self-managed condominium association is seeking an experienced general manager to oversee the physical and administrative operations of a 140-unit, Owner-occupied high-rise building and grounds. Reports to the Association Board and supervises 12 administrative, maintenance, and security employees. Responsible for accounting and financial reporting activities, purchasing, contract vendor selection and management, maintenance activities, project management, and Board and resident relations.
Position qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, real estate management, or equivalent experience. Minimum five years experience in property management, to include direct experience with central HVAC, large building mechanical systems, and building automation systems. Prior experience in supervising employees in a 24/7/365 work environment and project management experience. Experience with Excel (intermediate) and Word (basic). MN real estate license a plus.
