Key Holder/Sales Associate Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - Hilo Hattie is seeking a Full Time Keyholder for our Ala Moana location in Honolulu and Sales Associates
The Keyholder assumes opening/closing responsibilities on behalf of Store Management and helps to provide an exceptional shopping experience for the customer. Keyholders are also responsible for managing the store in accordance with company visual and operational standards.
Minimum Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Strives for sales excellence and results by employing outstanding sales and customer service skills; ensuring all selling and store standards are met
* Assists in the daily operational duties of opening/closing of the store
* Supports the Management team in controlling company assets
* Strives for 100% accuracy and compliance in: cash, inventory, fixtures and property management * Assists in the execution of promotional directives; implements visual merchandising and sales floor restocking.
Minimum Requirements:
* High School graduate or equivalent
* One to two years retail clothing experience including opening/closing of store and driving sales
* Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
* Represents Hilo Hattie with aloha and professionalism
* Strong observational, verbal and written communication skills
* Rudimentary computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale system Employee

Qualifications:
Cash handling experience preferred
Previous retail sales experience preferred
Pass our background check and screening process
