The function of an Inside Sales Representative is to assist customers in eliminating their pest by providing knowledge and recommendations on the best products while also providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assists customers in finding the right pesticide for their need.
Educating customers on how to apply pesticides
Manages customer orders (telephoned, emailed or faxed). Communicate with customers regarding out of stocks and substitution options
Maintain knowledge of products, insects and company processes
Conducting sales calls for current and new customers
Conducting inventory counts
Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner
Follow company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
