WHAT WE?RE LOOKING FOR
A Content Manager is the voice behind our client?s social media, managing communications in both directions. This digital savvy candidate is responsible for all social media and content creation, among other things. Our content managers are the expert in defining, understanding and connecting with each social platform?s unique community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Writes Client Social Media Content Calendars on a monthly basis (minimum 18 clients)
Update Client Content Pool on QuickBase monthly
Communicates with Account Managers in regards to client?s social media successes and areas of improvements
Creates posts as needed by clients on a short-term basis
Meets with various departments to ensure cohesiveness of client campaigns
Manages branding through various social media outlets
YOU HAVE:
Advanced knowledge of the following social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, , Tumblr
Social Media Marketing experience preferred
Strong written and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
Familiarity with social media management programs preferred (Sprout Social, Google Drive)
Weekly Tasks
Attend daily scrum meeting to discuss agenda, issues, etc.
Write social media content for assigned clients
Monthly Tasks
Write/Review Content Calendars on a monthly basis
Update client content pool
Attend monthly Content Manager meeting
Attend bi-weekly Account Manager/Content Manager meeting
As Needed
Create and post on-the-fly content as requested by the client on all of their social media platforms
Work with Account Managers on updates to client Brand Bibles to continue to enhance the brand of each client; this can include new company information, useful content to post on platforms, and anything else of relative importance
Attend the Brand Bible meetings of new clients when at TB headquarters
Create and submit graphic requests for assigned clients
