Sales Operations Manager Job Opening in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for providing management with accurate and relevant sales and service reporting and analysis using a variety of tools, to evaluate data at the customer, market, and corporate level. This position will also assist in the creation of consistent planning, visibility, and results. Communication through all levels of the organization is required. This may also include leading direct reports to ensure reporting efficiencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Recognize, develop, and implement process improvements within the sales organization
Prepare forecasts by market, collect and analyze data to evaluate current goals
Assist in the development and improvement of executive and corporate reports
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and key performance indicators
Support the Executive team with business analysis on pricing, compensation, reporting, auditing and strategic projects
Partner with sales leaders to identify areas of opportunity and to identify problems before they arise
Establish and maintain on-going communication with sales and service managers in multiple territories
Assist with the development of budgets in the annual planning process
Assist the Executive team with departmental strategy
Analyze and assist in defining sales and service territories**
Requirements and Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Minimum 2 years project management experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to build new processes and methodologies.
Willingness to travel up to 20%
Ability to account for diverse and complex business issues in simple and practical ways.

Bachelor?s degree in business administration or related discipline from an accredited university or college.
Minimum 5 years sales/marketing analysis experience or business management.
