We are currently hiring a new sales rep to cover the southeastern territory of the US. The ideal candidate for this position is willing to travel on a daily basis, a self-starter, competitive, imaginative, direct, confident in their work, and is able to work independently. The person chosen for this role will be responsible for conducting sales calls with eye doctors and optical stores to promote ic! berlin and BAARS products, including cold calls to establish new business.
Candidates must have minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably within the optical industry. Once hired, this sales rep must be able to manage their territory by providing excellent customer service and servicing existing accounts, as well as meeting quarterly sales targets and achieving goals in regards to opening new accounts. Through great customer service and motivation, all of this is easily achievable. Knowledge of SAP and Pepperi preferred.
In return, this sales rep will be an official employee of ic! berlin America, LLC and will be provided with an annual salary, healthcare benefits, paid time off and 401K. We also offer a generous commission package and results-based quarterly bonuses.
The territory currently covered by our southwestern sales rep includes: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. The candidate may live anywhere within this territory.
