Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Canton, Ohio - MIDWEST CBK is one of the largest manufacturers of Christmas, home décor, giftware, and women's fashion accessories by Simply Noelle. We are passionate about our products and about the people we work with. This is an exciting opportunity for an Outside Territory Sales Representative traveling to call on independent specialty retailers. The local territory is well established with opportunities for prospecting and developing new business.
REQUIREMENTS OF OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
1 -2 years of outside sales experience, retail sales management, or professional service experience is a must. Proven sales skills and a track record of success preferred.
Must dress professionally, have reliable transportation, and valid driver?s license with proof of insurance.
Must have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated with product knowledge and passion for the gift, home décor, and fashion industry.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Social Media platforms.
Able to fly and travel to national trade shows and sales meetings 3-4 times per year. Able to drive for several hours each day within the local territory and stand for long periods at trade shows.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Identify and grow new sales opportunities
Work from your home office and drive to independent specialty retailers from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday to show and sell new products. This is a full time position with extensive local travel required each day
Build and grow relationships with store owners and effectively communicate the value of Midwest Giftware, CBK home décor, and Simply Noelle fashion products.
Deliver exceptional customer service experience to develop long term client relationships
Implement creative merchandising and marketing ideas.
COMPENSATION : Includes base salary, bonus and incentives, mileage allowance, medical benefits, 401K.
