Job Title: Sales Representative
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: $40,000 plus commission
Location: Cleveland, OH

The Sales Representative will be responsible for business to business sales and securing appointments with with new and existing clients.
Job Description:
Sale company products and services to current and potential clients.
Call scheduled clients and setup calls for prospective clients
Schedule and present demos in assigned territory.
Prep, clean, load and deliver company product to client.
Instruct customers on how to operate equipment. I
Instruct customer on safety and maintenance of equipment.
Create PPM agreements with new and existing clients.
Suggest and quote correct unit for new and existing clients.
Maintain company vehicle and trailer.
Communicate with Branch Managers on potential leads, sales, deliveries and schedules.
Communicate with Service Technicians on PPM schedules, the needs of customers and leads.
Prefer: Prior knowledge and experience in janitorial and sanitation sales or sales.
Minimum Requirements: Must be have mechanical aptitude; ability to haul a trailer; Microsoft office skills; Great communication skills; Proven track record in industrial capital equipment; ability create prospecting sales.
