Job Description:
MUST have at least 1 year of Healthcare Customer Service OR Medical Office Experience.
Looking for Insurance Verification and Prior Authorization knowledge.
High Volume Healthcare Call Center Setting
Receive inbound calls for patients in regards to questions about their medical benefits and claims
Complete outbound calls to insurance companies, doctor offices, and pharmacy's daily
Complete insurance verification for patient?s prescriptions
Obtain prior authorizations from doctor offices via phone and electronic
Coordinator prescription refills with pharmacies
Investigate rejected medical insurance claims
Requirements:
MUST have at least 1 year of Healthcare Customer Service OR Medical Office Experience.
High School Diploma/GED Required.
Typing Skills ? 30 WPM Required
