CLER: Account Services
EDU: High School Diploma; Degree preferred
EXP: 2-4 years in accounting or collections. 3-5 years in customer service or call center
SKILLS: Comfortable with Microsoft applications especially outlook and word; Ability to speak, read and write articulately in both English and Spanish
ATT: Clear phone voice, Very Confident
