We are recruiting for a Renovations Manager who will be responsible for successfully managing renovation and other building projects. This position is for full time, exempt. Salary is highly competitive. The successful candidate will have:
AA degree or equivalent college or trade school in residential construction certification strongly preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of residential building construction.
Ability to read and interpret basic architectural blue prints.
Ability to draw, sketch or otherwise communicate design specifications for review and approval by residents, contractors and staff.
