JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a strong salesperson with leadership experience who can build and develop a sales team that can grow our multiple product portfolio. The candidate would be a part of the leadership team, responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, training and building our sales team.
KEY ROLES WITHIN JOB FUNCTIONS
Define and develop Sales process (including metrics)
Achieve personal and team sales goal
Business development
Market knowledge
Develop strategic partnerships
Build and deploy national sales structure
Own and execute marketing strategy
REQUIREMENTS
10 to 15 years of direct sales experience
Proven sales and leadership skills, understanding of the sales process and ability to build a sales process in a startup environment
Government and related agency sales experience, or B2B Sales experience desired
Experience in Mental Health or Continuing Education industry would be preferred
Experience with Trauma Informed Care training, or industry would be an added advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Results oriented, strategic decision maker
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to customer needs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and lead management databases
