JOB REQUIREMENTS
The opportunity is a full-time position with incredible flexibility, as well as outstanding income and advancement potential. Responsibilities include:
Business Development - build your pipeline by identifying key prospects, networking, simply cold calling, using basic in-person approaches, attending events and on-line networking then following up via phone, text or email to book appointments.
Schedule and conduct appointments with business owners, presidents, CEOs, CFOs and other high-ranking executives and middle management to evaluate and provide for their personal custom clothing needs.
Perform polished, effective, by-the-book presentations (fully provided to you) to market Balani Custom services.
Measure client for clothing.
Complete orders and submit orders for processing.
Fit and deliver clothing.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
Custom Stylist / Professional Clothier/ Sales Representative / Account Executive / Sales Management/ Sales Professional
Requirements
Direct sales skills a must such as cold calling, prospecting on and offline and networking
Business Development skills a must.
Excellent phone skills a must
Motivation, drive and a desire to achieve financial success.
Ability to take initiative, set personal goals and work independently.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Quick to learn and quick on your feet.
Basic Internet and computer knowledge.
Compensation
We are committed to helping the most driven, dedicated sales and marketing professionals develop a profitable, long-term career. Base plus commission structure. First year income potential is $40- 100k+. A high percentage of our sales professionals earn six figures by their second year.
