About the role
Phone prospecting, with the help of internal tools, 80-100 calls a day in order to secure new business.
Grow revenue base from scratch, by identifying and closing new business from cold calling
Provide exemplary customer service to Landlords.
Document all activities in our CRM system.
Hit and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis ? Quota is a speed bump on the way to our folks? personal goals.
Who you are
1-2 years of inside sales/telesales is preferred but if you are an upbeat college grad who?s super daring, we want to talk to you!
Demonstrated track record of selling SaaS products, or services over the phone is valued.
Experience in a short sell cycle is highly preferred ? ability to one-call close experience
Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive ?can-do? attitude via the phone and in person.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications
or other CRM experience is preferred
College Degree is preferred
