Responsibilities:
Answer customers? inquires
Process online orders
Provide shipment information to customers
Assist customers with RMA service
Work with Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse departments closely
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor?s degree
Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
Ability to prioritize tasks
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
Desire to work and to be a productive team member
Good knowledge of computer products is a plus
Previous experience in online customer service is a plus
