The Company was started in 2015 by veterans of ecommerce and online travel and recently received $4.5 million in funding. OnceThere operates in more than 20 markets already and will launch 40 new markets within the next 12 months! We seek sales candidates stimulated by a start-up environment who want to earn uncapped commissions in a fast-growing company. Responsibilities
Call/email leads, and convert them into OnceThere customers
Ask qualifying questions to ensure product solution suits customer needs
Educate customers on the value of OnceThere product(s)
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
Onboard new tour and activity suppliers efficiently while satisfying quality standards
Cultivate solid relationships that contribute to high customer satisfaction
Work with team to create and manage excellent customer experiences
Qualifications
2+ years experience selling software or similar products, preferably working with SMB owners or managers
Demonstrated success exceeding sales objectives
Clear understanding of what?s required to deliver exceptional outcomes
Excellent interpersonal skills - enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated and determined
Understanding of technical capabilities, and the ability to effectively convey their benefits to non-technical customers
Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong organizational skills
Willing to learn and execute various sales tactics
Experience in customer service or the travel industry a plus
Occasional travel may be required
Available for a regular work week, and on occasion able to work weekends & holidays
