Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Opening in Sandy, Utah - Techna Glass is growing and looking for an Accounts Receivable clerk to join our accounting team. Must have Quick Books experience and be a reliable, detail oriented, self-motivated, team player who will be responsible for financial record keeping. As a team member you will use Quick Books and GTS point of sale software to record and process receipts, deposits, and other financial transactions.
Essential Functions

Requires strong Accounts Receivable experience using QuickBooks software
Receive payments and record deposits to correct bank account
Identify and re-invoice insurance claims in a timely manner
Research and clean up misapplied AR transactions
Monitor AR aging, and make collections calls if necessary
Experience with bank reconciliations desirable
Complete special projects as assigned.
Competencies
High school diploma or Associate?s degree (preferred) or relevant certification.
Some Accounting experience..
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel is a MUST.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
