Accounting / Billing specialist Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - Immediate opening for an experienced Accounting / Billing Specialist at Western Big City Companies, a locally owned transportation company which specializes in the transportation of recycle, construction and waste company is looking for an experienced and reliable individual for billing, accounting and other general office responsibilities as needed. The successful candidate for this position needs to be detail oriented, organized and efficient with daily responsibilities. Responsibilities include:
Understanding and transferring data from driver daily roue sheets to billing system
Vendor Statement Reconciliations and payment processing
Collections
Customer Relations
Some phones and scheduling
Qualifications Include:
Must be dependable, detail oriented, organized, self motivated
Customer service experience
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Previous experience in the transportation industry preferred.
