Position Description:
The Project Coordinator will work under the leadership of a Senior Project Manager within the Project Management Office.
The Project Coordinator will serve as both the lead on small projects and support a Senior Project Manager on larger programs.
Daily communication with clients and project teams and experience working in an agile development environment are essential skills.
The ability to think through business operational workflows and use cases, web or software development experience and an intellectual curiosity to learn new tools and technologies are also key skills for this position.
This position is ideal for a software developer or business analyst with 1-3 years of project management or project related experience looking to work with experienced professionals on critical projects to take his or her career to the next level.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with business analysis, software or web development
Working towards or current PMP or Agile Scrum certification
Working experience with Agile or Scrum
Must be able to demonstrate understanding of customer plans, problems, processes, and requirements
Able to meet project deadlines and milestones while producing high quality work
Must display a superior ability to communicate and collaborate with co-workers and customers in both oral and written forms of communication
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred but not required
