Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in College Park, Maryland - United Service Specialists is a family owned and operated plumbing, heating and air conditioning company located in College Park, MD. We are seeking a full-time bookkeeper however some accommodations and flexibility could be considered for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate must have experience with QuickBooks (primarily QuickBooks online), Excel, Credit Card processing and a small business background with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities will include:
Entering Accounts Payable/Receivables in QuickBooks
Reconciling bank and credit card statements in QuickBooks
Invoicing entry/record income in QuickBooks
Payroll Processing
Excel spreadsheets
Additional duties as needed
Job Qualifications:
Proficient with QuickBooks (preferably QuickBooks Online)
Proficient with Excel
Detail oriented working with multiple companies/entities
Good communication skills with a pleasant personality and a team player
Good organizational skills
Previous and office experience required.
Self starter a plus
