Controller/Senior Accountant Job Opening in Longwood, Florida - Controller/Senior Accountant ?
Large Longwood based national multi-family contractor seeking replacement for Controller who has accepted another internal position. Ideal candidates would possess:
BS Accounting
Prior Controller or strong Asst Controller experience in the construction industry.
Knowledge of Davis Bacon certified payroll and other HUD requirements.
Multi-state sales tax.
Experience with Sage Master Builder construction software.
ADP payroll.
Position responsible for preparation of company and affiliates financial statements, supporting schedules for GL account balances, filing sales tax returns, payroll and 401k benefit contributions, fixed assets and related depreciation schedules and preparation of various daily and monthly reports.
This is a hands on and varied position requiring good accounting and communication skills.
