Internet Sales Director Job Opening in Austin, Texas - Maserati of Austin is looking for an experienced Internet Sales Director/Business Development Director that will perform the following:
Manage teams of Internet Sales Managers & the lead generation process
Ensure Internet Sales teams are meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals and objectives
Confirm a volume of appointments daily
Monitor and measure the phone and internet traffic
Develop, train and lead to inspire the Internet Sales Teams
Oversee usage of CRM and other dealership tools
Work daily with Sales Mangers to ensure every lead is being effectively managed
Reconcile Data Discrepancies
Monitor processes, campaigns, emails, reputation and websites daily
Create, maintain and measure the internet business development processes
Coach techniques for generating appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ YEARS experience Automotive Internet Sales Management with proven track record of success
Show a proven track record of improving processes
Knowledge of how a BDC/Internet Sales Department functions daily
Background of Digital Marketing, SEO & SEM, Reporting
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
Outstanding organizational skills
Must have clean and valid drivers license
Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screening

Experience in multiple roles
Process Improvement Implementation
Internet Sales Processes
Lead Performance Strategy
CRM Lead Response Management & functionality
Functional knowledge of major CRM providers

Automotive Retail eCommerce and Lead Process Improvement experience is a plus, but we are also seeking candidates with solid automotive vendor or OEM experience in the field of digital. The Internet Sales Director will be an approachable and coveted partner, committed to doing what it takes to assist the teams in maximizing their digital performance. The automotive eCommerce environment is constantly evolving and so must our strategy.
