Senior Financial Analyst Job Opening in White Plains, New york - Growing Consumer Goods Co. in White Plains NY
The Senior Finance Analyst will be a key member of the Finance team focused on supporting commercial finance initiatives. This is a great opportunity to Business Partner with the Commercial team to drive the financial performance of famous brands. The role will be involved in many activities like Product Evaluation, Planning, Reporting & Analysis and Decision Support. The ability to think strategically, provide thought leadership and seek opportunities for continuous improvement is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provide financial support to business partners, mainly the Commercial team, to understand, analyze and drive business performance
Work closely with the Commercial team to prepare financial models for Product Efficiency, Pricing and Commercial opportunities
Support FP&A function on past and future performance analysis, including month-end close, providing oversight on transactional finance processes executed by business partners and assisting with annual budgeting and monthly forecast update process
Perform ad hoc analysis for senior management (ROI Analysis)
:
Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance or similar field
2-5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with public accounting and/or private industry experience preferred
Experience working in Consumer Products or Consumer Goods a plus
Experience with financial modelling a plus
