Business Valuation / Forensic Accountant Job Opening in New York, New york - Forensic Accountant / Business Valuation Financial Analyst (You Must Have One or More Of The Above Credentials) Senior Manager & Senior Analyst Positions New York City, New are looking for two individuals who have chosen a career in business valuation and forensic practice has grown by providing our clients with a quality work product. The vast majority of our engagements are litigation oriented which include, but is not limited to:
Shareholder disputes,
Economic damages analysis,
Divorce,
Bankruptcy,
Fraud examination, and
Various tax matters.
Your current experience should include the following:
Independently analyze subject company and prepare company specific financial narratives.
Review and utilize industry benchmarks and economic trends.
Propose normalization adjustments to the balance sheet and income statement.
Mature understanding of the Asset, Market, and Income valuation methods.
Design and implement financial models.
Strong computer skills ? Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
