Job Summary
As VP of Sales, you should be an entrepreneurial, self-starter seeking the opportunity to offer the mortgage lending community a regulatorily compliant and accurate valuation solution that dramatically reduces cost and time. Drawing on your industry contacts, Valligent?s large database of clients and other resources, you will introduce a better valuation solution to hundreds of lenders throughout the country. Initial prospective client contact is focused on scheduling an online presentation, testing and securing a service agreement. Some targeted travel for in-person presentations is expected.
Essential Functions
Develop and drive a strategy to build and grow Valligent?s client-base.
Develop and drive business and technical enablement plan to partners.
Gather, organize, and report back partner feedback (both technical and business) to help improve the customer experience.
Build client relationships, secure new orders from new customers, and maintain and expand business with our existing client base.
Drive customer growth by identifying and qualifying new prospects, to increase customer pipeline.
Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from internal Salesforce database, personal contacts, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, web sites, and other sources.
Develop and execute a call plan of daily high-volume phone calls/e-mails to schedule a web demo or in-person meeting with prospective clients.
Assess individual client needs and develop, present and implement a plan to meet those needs.
Communicate proactively with and respond in a timely manner to clients and prospective clients.
Understand each sales prospect?s development and service needs, and exhibit ability to document and communicate them professionally.
Be highly visible in your marketing area by attending real estate industry functions and participating in lending industry conferences and events.
Effectively create or adapt and deliver group and individual presentations to customer groups, target customers and others.
