We have an immediate opportunity for an Accounting Clerk, that will provide support to the Accounting department and Accounting Manager.

You will work with a national company in the manufacturing industry that is growing in the accounting department in the Knoxville area.
Account Clerk Job Duties
As an Accounting Clerk you will be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, and Excel functions. You will be entering AP and AR records into Excel and organizing them effectively.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and their ability to work effectively under time constraints. They will have proven ability to manage time to meet deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail in order to maintain accurate information. They will be flexible, highly adaptive and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours: Part-Time 8am-4:30pm (Flexible Schedule)

Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of Accounting Clerk experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Quickbooks
Salary Range & Benefits
$14-$16 per hour
