Senior Accountant Job Opening in Moody, Alabama - Daily issuance and tracking of Capital Expenditure request forms
Maintain cash log and prepare cash batches daily
Corporate project preparation and participation as needed
Prepare month end closing entries, including health insurance, tax, and worker?s compensation
Reconcile all balance sheet accounts monthly
Reconcile GL inventory to perpetual monthly
Preparation of monthly binder for internal use, including charts, budget and YOY comparisons
Prepare EOM bank reports
Assist with rebate reporting and program tracking
Assist with sales reporting
Assist with audit schedules and budget process
Set up of new report templates in ERP system
