Collateral Specialist Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - Purpose of the Job:
Provides collateral and/or loan administration processing and analysis to Business Credit clients.
Essential Responsibilities:

Provides customer service for collateral / loan operational needs for assigned clients.
Process and analysis client BBC?s, advance request, and collections on a daily basis.
Process agent settlement notifications upon request.
Update 12-week availability trend report for assigned clients weekly.
Update and monitor client tickler items weekly.
Process and analysis required monthly reporting (A/R & A/P aging reports, Inventory reports and collateral reporting).
Complete client month-end analysis with ineligible workup, concentrations and trend reports on a timely basis.
Reconcile monthly bank accounts.
Responsible for ensuring interest and fees are accurately calculated on assigned accounts.
Process, mail and close-out verifications as required on a timely basis.
Assist with new client set-up and payout as needed.
Follows and updates changes per the Account Handling Guide for each assigned client as needed.
Supports and communicates client operational issues as needed to AE / Ops Mgr.
All other duties as assigned by management.
Non Essential Responsibilities:
Assist with bank reporting requirements as needed.
Assist other bank department such as accounting, loan operations and cash management as needed.
Experience:
College degree or equivalent industry experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Problem Solving ? requires excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Organizational Skills ? requires strong organizational skills.
