We are looking for a talented Prototyping Specialist with a diverse portfolio to support our business development team. The role will be responsible for creating high quality prototypes to share with clients and potential clients to demonstrate proof of concepts, user flows, or address other business challenges.
Your demonstrated skillset must span all areas of design and be able to be called on rapidly: analysis of user needs, the architecture of layouts, flows and interactions, and high-quality aesthetics for both written and visual content.
You should have experience working directly with Product Managers and Business Development Reps to rapidly prioritize, specify, and deliver prototype user experiences.
As a member of WuXi NextCODE product experience team, you?ll join a diverse, multidisciplinary team of world-class designers who are hard at work transforming the experience of genomic analysis. Our design practice is collaborative, user insight driven, and fast-paced.
Design Responsibilities
Craft intuitive and attractive prototype experiences, leveraging WuXi UX design standards and industry best practices.
Produce prototype design deliverables utilizing the Sketch app, Invision and/or other prototyping tools.
Lead design reviews for all necessary deliverables with appropriate stake holders
Role Requirements
3-5 years of experience
Experience creating prototypes, bonus if it is in the healthcare space
The confidence and self-motivation to drive forward projects
Play a role in resolving unclear direction or unknown variables
Proficiency in Sketch, Invision, and other design tools.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS. Hands-on skills a plus.
An online portfolio that demonstrates a wide variety of prototypes
