CNC Mill Machinists Job Opening in houston, Texas - CNC Mill Machinists * Full time 2nd shift CNC Mill Machinists are needed. 2nd shift hours are from 4:15PM - 2:15AM * At least 1-2 years experience is required, if you have more experience then that is even better. * Experience operating CNC Mill with 4th or 5th Axis is a plus. * Manufacture parts to print specifications. * Calculate speeds and feeds. * Ability to edit programs to improve cycle time when required. * Select tooling and fixturing and complete setups without supervision. * Perform various machining operations requiring multiple setups * Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings * CNC machine language. ( 'G' Code ) * Mill machines all use Fanuc or Haas controls, so experience with Fanuc or Haas controls is required. * Know how to use precision measuring equipment. * Should have own tools. * Self motivated, looking for people who want to work hard to create their own success. * Experience running exotic/hard materials such as Inconel 718, 750, and MP35N, is preferred.
