Payment Poster Job Opening in Leesburg, Virginia - Loudoun Medical Group (LMG), one of the largest and most diverse physician-owned, multi-specialty group practices in Virginia, seeks an experienced Patient Payment Poster for the central billing office located in Leesburg, Virginia.
Primary Responsibilities:
Accurately enter payment and adjustment data into the patient account.
Processes refunds and related items as needed. Performs periodic and month-end balancing and reporting activities.
Follow regulations, guideline and policies and procedures for billing multiple insurance lines. Review explanation of benefits for correct payment and denials
Requirements:
Must have at least one year of medical billing experience
Prior Customer Service experience
Microsoft Excel, basic skills required. Knowledge of medical billing, coding and collections
