Physicial Therapist Job Opening in Purcellville, Virginia - Loudoun medical group (LMG), one of the largest and most diverse physician-owned, multi-specialty group practices in Virginia, seeks a full-time licensed physical therapist to work in a busy orthopaedic outpatient clinic in Leesburg, VA. Position is flexible, but does require some evening work (no weekend work required).
Qualifications: state licensed to practice in the state of Virginia as a Physical therapist. Both new and experienced providers are encouraged to apply. Certifications in manual techniques, dry needling and vestibular rehab are desired, but not necessary to apply.
Job description: LMG is seeking qualified applicants who possess strong clinical reasoning and practice skills. The individual needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent time management skills, clear, concise and accurate documentation; be able to work independently with multiple patients and demonstrate strong time management and multi- tasking skills. Computer skills with electronic medical records (EMR) is desired. The candidate is expected to provide care to follow up patients every 30 minutes and perform and complete initial evaluations in a 60 minute time frame including appropriate documentation. Previous clinical management skills will be considered for career advancement.
