Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Portland, Maine - Northern New England's largest granite fabricator is looking for office staff in our Inside Sales department.
The Quote position will:
Create quotes for customers based upon provided layouts and return them in a timely manner
Confirm orders and order material as needed
Provide excellent customer service to their clients
Invoice completed orders
Answer multi-line phone system
This person must have:
At least 1-2 years experience in an office or similar position
A great attitude
Strong communication via phone and email
Stellar customer service
Be extremely detail-oriented and organized
This position is full-time Monday-Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM. Benefits available after 90 days.
