After Market Sales Job Opening in Keene, New hampshire - The After Market Sales Associate is the first line connection between the customer and the company with respect to product enhancement after the initial sale. In this position the AMSA is tasked with learning how to produce a high level of customer satisfaction through communication & follow-up. Through established relationships with our customers, the AMSA will execute the process to deliver high quality attention to the end-users of our products to help maintain the desired market position within the industry.
Essential Functions:
Ability to conduct in depth research.
Ability to persuade and promote the purchase of aftermarket parts.
Able to obtain and use product knowledge.
