This is a full time position, pay based upon experience. Work schedule is primarily Monday-Friday, occasional weekends may be required.
Preferred candidate will have:
High School Diploma
At Least One Year Event Planning Experience
At Least One Year Sales Experience
At Least One Year Office Experience
Excellent phone and communication skills
Computer Skills - Must be efficient using Word, Excel, and the Windows Operating System
Excellent Customer Service Skills

Full Job Description:
Assists clubhouse manager in the office with giving tours to prospective clients, phone calls, following up with appointments, facilitating agreement and preparation of contracts. Helps maintain communication between clients, vendors, management and all event participants. VERY focused on Social Media campaign and company website. Also responsible for generating, organizing & managing leads for all special events.
