Sales Associates must:
Be comfortable with cold calling prospects, as well as following up on warm leads.
Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business.
Use an online platform to present products and services.
Up-sell and cross sell to existing clients.
Assist clients with training and troubleshooting as necessary.
