Work Hours: Fulltime; 4 days per week, 10 hours per day. Saturday shifts are shared on a rotating basis by all providers.

About Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an energetic, team-oriented healthcare provider to join our clinic. Job duties include:
Conducting physical exams, assessing health status, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing medications, and treating illnesses and injuries including giving injections and suturing wounds and performing other typical clinic procedures.
Monitoring therapies and providing continuity of care.
Responding to emergencies including use of CPR.
Counseling patient/family on preventive health care.
Documenting patient information and care in electronic medical record.
Accurate coding of all patient services provided.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree
Current Alaska medical license
For PAs - National Certification from the National Commission on Certification of PAs
One year of experience as a PA/NP/MD, preferably in a clinic setting
Current CPR certification
Current DEA certification
Must be able to pass employment background check
