Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Building professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, public health agencies, nurses' associations, state and county medical societies to familiarize them with the availability of our services.
Implement programs and protocols that provide improved home health care services.
Provide public awareness to our Indiana Medicaid communities through education
Creating referrals through community, family and patient by providing one on one meetings
Meeting and/or exceeding referral and admission goals set forth by the marketing manager
