Healthcare debt collection and call center company. The Director of Operations for VFR develops and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the operating units (Collections and Self-Pay) to insure that the business operates smoothly. Duties include managing supervisory staff, planning budgets, reviewing expenses, cutting costs, monitoring inventory, and looking for new ways to increase profitability. The Director must demonstrate clear knowledge of laws (FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, HIPAA), regulations, and guidelines for the programs and clients they serve to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and organizations. The position accomplishes this through respectful, constructive, and positive energy guided by the objectives of the company.
