Architect Job Opening in Melbourne, Florida - 30 year old design-build firm looking for motivated Licensed Architect for principal position in the firm. Candidates. The position will focus on multiple project types and must be able to adapt to the architectural drawing style of the firm. Must have long term assignment experience in commercial, residential, hospitality and healthcare sectors. Must have advanced knowledge of architectural detailing using AutoCAD and have excellent communication skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS
5 Years? experience in both commercial & residential projects
Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD (hand rendering a +)
Good design skills
Excellent Client communication
Team building and management
