Healthcare Enrollment Specialist Job Opening in Tampa, Florida - Job Description :
This position is responsible for performing various enrollment and disenrollment processes for Medicare Plans during and post Annual Enrollment PeriodProcess new and existing member enrollments and or disenrollments
Associate is expected to utilize, IKA, MARx and or WIPRO systems to validate member?s enrollment information and may be required to accurately update the administrative system
The associate will submit the member?s enrollment by utilizing the administrative system
Associate is expected to follow Step Actions provided for all processes. Review and process CMS Notifications, various enrollment related reports utilizing IKA, MARx and the administrative systems
related reports will be handled based on the established Step ActionsResearch and reconcile the errors and rejections received on the daily/monthly reports
The following are examples of the reports that will be received daily
TRR ? TRRs are received daily from CMS and the associates are expected to utilize the TRR Portal, research the item in the Administrative system, MARx and determine the resolution based on the established step actions
EGHP ? Review system generated report and review member?s status in the Administrative system to determine if the enrollment should be submitted to CMS. If needed, the associate will submit the and resolve discrepancies in the Image and Workflow system (Omniflow)

Late Enrollment Penalty Call Member Queue
Request For Information (RFI)Perform outbound member calls * Associate may be required to contact members to validate or acquire additional information needed to process the enrollment or enrollment related functions
Shift: Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Qualifications:
Data Entry enrollment experience is a MUST
Ability to demonstrate flexibility to meet business needs
Adhere to productivity, quality and compliance expectations
Adhere to the schedule and attendance policy
Perform other duties as assigned after training and guidanceSoft Skills
