Home Care Administrator Job Opening in Rocky Hill, Connecticut - A great opportunity for an experienced Home care Administrator to lead a certified home health care agency that is in the process of growing in Rocky Hill, CT. The candidate must have extensive experience in the healthcare industry with a minimum of three years clinical experience and one year supervisory experience in a home health or community health setting. The Administrator is responsible for all clinical and administrative functions necessary to carry out the objectives of the agency: planning, staffing, managing and implementing the delivery of comprehensive health care services in addition to building relationships with various organizations to grow business. The Administrator has primary authority and responsibility for directing and maintaining the quality of home care services and further growing the business.
Responsibilities of the Position:
Ensure organizational compliance with licensure. legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards & requirements;
Program planning, budgeting, management and evaluation based upon community needs and agency resources;
Develop and integrate all agency objectives, standards of care, and policies and procedures, which guide and support the provision of care and services;
Maintain oversight of financial outcomes and revenue cycle management processes;
Clinical and administrative staff recruitment, selection, orientation, competency, evaluation of staff performance and in-service education as per agency policy;
Direct and monitor performance improvement activities;
Ensure standards of ethical business and clinical practice are maintained;
Maintain ongoing liaison relationship among the Governing Body, its committees, the professional advisory committee and staff
Maintain accounts
Build relationships with organizations and most importantly GROW the BUSINESS!

Bachelor's
Masters
Additional licensure a plus
Required experience:
