Duties
· Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in timeline.
· Establish/maintain risk-based review programs. Determine scope of review in conjunction with Director, Administration.
· Review the suitability of internal control design.
· Test/review specified areas and identify reportable issues and dimensions of risk.
· Determine compliance with policies and procedures.
· Verbally communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of review areas.
Requirements
Must have 5+ years of experience conducting risk assessments and providing internal audits in automotive manufacturing plants and facilities. Preferably stamping, welding and assembly plants.
· Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred (CPA, CIA or MBA a plus)
· 5 to 7 years financial experience, and/or industry experience. (Public accounting a plus)
· Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
· Working Conditions: Normal office environment; travel
· Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
· Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
· Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
· High attention to detail and sound independent judgement
· Additional tasks as assigned.

Salary: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
