Robert Half Technology has multiple an opening for a mobile developers (Android or iOS preferred) on a long term project with our client just south of Lakewood. Our client is developing a series of software systems to help soldiers returning from foreign combat recover from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. They are looking for multiple mobile developers to work on several initiatives for this long term project. Essential Job Functions: Participate in all aspects of developing mobile applications using agile/scrum methodologies. Communicate effectively with technical team members as well as business subject matter experts. Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements. Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. Desired Experience: Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. 5-8 years of directly related computer programming experience. Undergraduate degree, Associates degree, or equivalent experience. Strong experience iOS / iPhone application development (at least 2 years). Experience with other OO languages such as C and/or C# as well as PHP is also helpful. Cocoa, xcode, objective-c Competence with a wide range of mobile related technologies Experience with content management systems (Joomla, Drupal, etc.) is helpful Exposure to relational databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, and MySQL Strong written and verbal communication skills. Past experience with agile/scrum is helpful. Should have the ability to get up to speed on new technologies and APIs quickly.
