Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for hiring, training and managing the sales consultants
Achieve overall sales performance goals for the store
Helping sales consultants with closing sales
Providing leadership and guidance to sales consultants
Working with other departments in resolving customer service issues
Major Skills & Experience required;
Must have strong sales performance record
Past furniture industry experience not necessary
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be available to work on weekend
Proficient with computers
