Focusing on people, values, efficiency, customer service and innovation, the Plant Manager will provide leadership and oversee overall operations for the Plant. This includes:
Safety procedures
Quality control
Budget/cost controls
Regulatory requirements
People management
Transport and logistics
Maintenance programs
Customer satisfaction
Facility management
Equipment utilization
Overall operations performance
Ideally the successful candidate will have had similar production experience having lead a small to medium size team to success. You will be proficient in the above role and possess a shared vision with Daniels Health.
