Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Wilmington, Delaware - Startup Seeking a SaaS Inside Sales Rep.
Commission-only position plus Equity.
Description: We are seeking nationwide Inside Sales Representative that serves as the initial business contact and is responsible for the second phase of client acquisition. The ISR is expected to consistently make outbound calls and emails in order to schedule demos.
Responsibilities: Assisting marketing, including lead generation and qualification, primarily via internet research * Cold calling prospects via telephone and email
Following up with prospects and answering questions via telephone and email
Scheduling demos
Following up re: demo and account status, pricing, etc.
Assisting with the training and onboarding
Pursuing opportunities for account growth and new business
Communicating client's goals and representing the client's interests
Understanding company capabilities and services, and effectively communicating to client
Reports to the CEO, providing regular input on all activity, including status reports on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
Confident and professional phone presence
Competitive nature / motivated to achieve goals
Computer/internet savvy, experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with Hubspot CRM (recommended)

As a secondary market, we plan to explore for-profit Corporations (S-Corps and C-Corps) with revenues over $1 million dollars in annual revenues and boards with over 9 directors.
